Beautiful, Not Reliable

The smaller than expected (32-inches includes extra 6'' to 8'' base height produced a very beautiful, dramatic continuos multi-color light show. However, our tree arrived missing ball ornaments from several sticks they were supposed to be glued onto, thus it was not transit damage. Motor and color wheel started very low, variable hum after a few hours of use. The noise grew louder from both apparently warped color wheel and either defective or over strained motor each day, until quite objectionable. If you cannot afford the high price of an LED light source fiber-optic system, at least send a little bit more to get one that is better designed and/or better constructed.

I bought this fiber optic tree for a change in decorating for the Christmas Holidays. I didn't expect the star to be broken in pieces, flimsy plastic. Care was not taken to ensure that my purchase would arrive whole. I emailed TWICE with a picture in order to show, NEVER received an answer.I understand the busy Season, but I also understand customer courtesy and non was given, therefore I will not be purchasing further at your establishment.

The fiber optic Christmas tree is attractive from all angles, which is important because it sits in an opening between the Great Room and the breakfast nook. The on/off switch is easily accessible. The fact that there were ornaments already on the tree made it very convenient.

My mom bought my sister and I each one of these for our homes several years ago when we pitched a fit over the one she had at her house. (That's how we make sure we get great stuff!)Our adult children love it, too, so we are ordering it for their homes this year. We use ours in the front window since our 7 1/2 ft. tree is in the familyroom.

This tree fit perfectly in my bay window, which is exactly what I wanted, and has a beautiful light display and nicely designed attractive base.However, by the third time i plugged it in, noises dominated----initially just a low rumbling alternating with clattering----but eventually a kind of careening high-pitched sound like a distant siren or someone scratching chalk across a blackboard. A few days ago, I shook the base several times, and for 2 days, the siren-esque sound disappeared when I had company. Yesterday, it started up again.Won't go to the trouble of returning, but definitely not worth the $$$ at ANY price.

Just love this tree. It is a perfect size for my needs and is even prettier than the on-line description. Delivery was very timely and very easy to assemble. Would highly recommend and in fact have done so with many friends.

Easy and Festive

A relative has the same tree in the 4 foot size. That is what I would prefer. She got hers in a store that does not carry xmas items any longer. I wish "Drake" would get the larger tree. I would buy it . Until then, this tree will have to do. It is a nice tree and all decorated for you. You will enjoy it, especially the changing colors. The older you get, the less you want to fuss , decorating. The grandchildren are fascinated with it.

The tree has graced our Christmas for years. It's fascinating, durable, and an excellent conversation piece. Not only does it look good, but the sound is unparalleled. As it ages, and the moving parts and motor start to 'hoo', a charming Christmas choo choo train sound fills our home with seasonal bliss. My sister-in-law was so impressed, she got one, too! Thanks for the Christmas!

We bought this about 7 years ago and display it every year, either as a decorative accent or as our only tree. [...] Metal structure allows the branches to be "fluffed" and arranged (up/down, left/right) to our liking. The fiber optic color changes are fascinating to watch! Granddaughter loves it, too.
Love It - Cord to Short tho!

I love it - now that kids are grown and we are going someplace else for Christmas and I am getting older I want to give decorations that we had made to my married children. So saw this tree at Drs. office and went home and ordered and got right away. But cord really needs to be longer and lights fall out to easy!Sincerely - Dee Arizona

Adorable, But smaller then I thought it

Lovely little tree, but thought it would be taller then specified. But beautiful just the same. I have it on my end table in the living room. The ornaments are a nice size & colors beautiful. It "twinkles". I love it!! Just wish they had it in 4-5 feet height.

The switch was broke out of the box

I cant tell you if it was good, It took two and a half weeks to get to my house, than I took It out of the box and you couldn't turn it on, the switch was broke. It's to close to Christmas so I don't have time to exchange.

The lights fascinate our great grandson. We will use it for the whole month of December. The only question is how to store it when we are done so that it doesn't break or fall apart. It is also a challenge to fluff out the branches to make the tree look full. Otherwise, it is great. Thanks
