I got this for my Mom. She has severe hip problems. Both hips need replacing. She is small and fragile. She says it's a bit too big and too firm for her liking. She does say that it helps her be more comfortable and reduces some pain.

The fabric case around this pillow is VERY shabby quality, the worst in the market! It tore on the third day of use. There is no second case for washing/cleaning purposes, so we have to invent something to cover tear, which would make a seam exactly on the leg contact side (very uncomfortable at night).The cushion itself is too firm, you can not possibly squeeze it between your knees. Could you charge more money but do a better product?!

I have been looking for this item for years and was disappointed when I started using it. I would have returned it but it was more trouble than the cost of the item.

I really needed a firm pillow for my knees. But it was too furm it made my whole leg hurt and was sorta to small for me and if I made it to tight it cut off circulation to my leg and if it was too loose it just fell off. Not to mention the cover wasnt sewen all the way on.

my husband uses it to sleep and help with back pain. The pillow itself is very good but the velcro straps are confusing to put together and sometimes are not tight enough to keep the pillow in place.

This item would work well if it fit better. I have big legs and the strap is even too big for me. It does not hit the velcro because it has to wrap too far around. Will not stay put as is.

The velcro pads are positioned for large thighs. Someone with skinny legs , like my self, have trouble with the velco pads not aligning, causing irrating open loop velcro to scratch legs or not allowing it to be tighten properly. otherwise the product would be very useful and supportive

This does offer good support for the back, but for small people, it just slides around the leg and makes sleeping difficult.
Knee Pillow Really Works

I thought it was cheesy looking when I first got the knee pillow, but who cares what it looks like when it works? I use it to alleviate lower back pain when I wake in the morning. Since starting use, I have not had the pain. YAY!

Leg Cushion Helps

Before getting the cushion,I was lame every morning. Most mornings now, I am pain-free when I get up. The strap is too big for my leg, but in bed that does not matter. It requires getting used to, but it is worth the adjustment!

Cheap and Small

The foam square is very small... The white cover is very cheap and doeesn't fit the foam square properly... The velcro band is too big... Sorry I purchased this item...
'Kneeds' adjustable strap!

I have lower pain all the time,and have had it for 20 + years, and I use bed pillows for support between my knees but the go flat and the support is terrible, BUT with this product the support stays. I am so glad that I found and purchased this, no more pillow shifting in the night and no more sore achy mornings. It doesn't eliminate all the pain but it sure helps. I have been able to fall asleep faster since using this. I would recommend this product to anyone who has lower back pain.

Worth buying

I bought this for my mother whose legs are constantly spasming inward, causing friction between her knees, and forming sores. This product helps prevent that friction very well. It also helps keep her hips aligned, as the spasming she gets pulls on her partial hip replacement. The only issue we have is the strap is too long (but her spasming holds it in place) and the cushion is so thick that she has a difficult time placing it between her knees herself.

I think this pillow is too small to work well. It was quite a disappointment. I tried using it and now am stuck with it. I wish I had not bought it. I wasted my money and can't find any other use for it. Sorry

I expected this product to be softer and more comfortable. I don't know how I would clean it. It appears to be made of stiff foam which may not hold up if it got wet.
