There needs to be room for more characters on line 1. At least as many as are available on the other lines. I had to start on line 2 to accommodate a Dr. & Mrs. appellation.

The second line is my wife's name; it is smaller than line one. The email confirmation of my order did not show this. In fact all four lines were the same size and were individually repeated.

These are nice labels. However, I have ordered these twice and each time they mess them up with incorrect name/spelling/address. They did correct if this time but not sure why this happens. Also, I noticed that the amount of labels per box has been reduced. All factors considered, I'm not convinced this is such a great value and probably will not purchase from you again. I did talk to Customer Service and think they should of doubled the order or something for my inconvenience!

The internet order did NOT tell me that the first line of the labels would be larger and bold. I ordered for two people, and my name is larger than my husbands AND therefore I cannot use them. I called customer service and they said - too bad, there were no mistakes on the labels, that usually companies order those so the first line is larger and bold. I cannot use them because it makes me look like I'm more IMPORTANT than Trikoris is.

First line must be in capital letters. You can not personalize the size of letters in the first line regardless of what the website says. Customer service gave me incorrect information and was uninterested. I've always liked Walter Drake in the past, but the company has changed.

The labels looked great; but, they were extremely inconvenient to peel off. There were only two address labels on each little sheet. Many sheets in a flimsy box.
