The one thing I liked about this product is you can slip it into the drain without removing the stopped. It works for people who comb their hair over the sink and then wash it down the drain.

This item would not fit in any drain in my bathroom. I could not get it to work in the sink or tub drain. I think it is too wide and needs to be more narrow to fit my drains. Since it won't fit the drains I haven't been able to use it so I have to give it one star.

Not perfect tool but great for hair and soap type clogs in showers. Three women ...long hair...danger! Buying the second for my oldest daughter 1st apartment. Saves plumbers visits!!

I had standing water in my vanity basin. Used this tool as directed, and the hairy stuff came out immediately and the normal, swift flow was restored. Foam drain cleaner had not worked. Saved anguish and a plumber's bill!

This drain cleaner did not fit in the holes of my shower drain - where I have the most hair - and was difficult to use in the sink drains. When you can get it in and out of the drains, it works pretty well. Getting the goo and hair off the implement are a bit icky if you are bothered by that kind of thing.

Really works but takes a few times to unplug long hair from drain. Need gloves on because sides feel funny when pulling out of drain. I must have sensitive hands. But it really works. I don't know how many times PVC pipes will this pulling and poking.
