I had a terrible draft under my front door and the Door Draft Block completely stopped the draft. The 36 inch size fit my door perfectly. I am sure that this will pay for itself in energy savings.
Works well, as we expected.

The door draft block works!

The filler material allowed the blocker to be pressed against the door sill, effectively blocking the draft.

This door drafter isn't as long as our door and isn't very substantial. I think overall it is too pricey for what it is.

Handicap Front Door

Works great on the sliding glass door but the front door is wheel chair accessable. The blocker ends up about 1" short. The dimension could be a little more as well. There is a metal door jam that is made so wheel chairs can role easily over them. Which cause a need for the blocker to be a little thicker.
