Why not have one...?
from Rochester, NY
Comments about Handicap Placard Hanger:
Sadly, I had to get a sticker after slipping some back disks and breaking my foot. I didn't want the sticker to get wrecked so I got the placard. Seems very sturdy with frequent on and offs. I don't need handicap spots hurt so much now (hurray)!
Bottom LineYes, I would recommend this to a friend

Better than expected!

I read all customers' reviews. I decided that I was going to use the plackard protector a little differently. So far my plan isn't working 100% yet! First of all it drives me crazy to see drivers' disabled plackard hanging on rear view mirror while they drive. It's blocking their vision in the windshield. They should be ticketed. Will cause accidents. These are probably the people who list a con of protector is that it cracks and doesn't last. It's baking in the hot sun which is almost year round in these tropics.I live in South Florida year round. I do not drive with plackard hanging from mirror or store it in my hot car at all. It's kept by the front door but I'm not always remembering to take it with me. But it's worth the retraining myself to extend the life of protector. But I did purchase two!

Great made of heavy plastic and large enough to hold everything needed to be displayed.
Just the right thing to protect my placard!

About Me Elderly
The brutal hot Midwestern sun tends to damage handicap placards but this protective guard appears to be just the right thing. I'm sure recommending it ro my friends!

Not meant for temps > 80 degrees
We live in Arizona and these lasted < 1 day before the hook deformed and they fell off the mirror. Happened with 2 of these in 2 vehicles. If you live where the temp inside your car gets much over 90F, then don't bother.
