Because of the reasonable price I have bought several. I keep it between my stove and frig. fits just right. and is convenient when needed.
Also in my laundry area for cupboards behind W/D. fits nicely for storage when folded.
Holds my weight of 250. But I have always exercised caution when using any ladder or step. so far this one has held up well.

I have one in my basement & one in the kitchen, but the best use is when I travel in one of my children's vans. I have difficulty getting into their vehicals. I bought one for each of them last year for Christmas.

Being short I have used this for reaching the hanging plants on the porch,the top shelf in the closet, just everywhere. It's great for any where you need extra height. Very easy to unfold and to refold. Love it!!

The ladder is great because it stores flat - no clumsy small stools to stumble over in the kitchen. I live in a bi-level house and have one in my laundry room also so I don't have to move the stool up and down stairs. Great value for the budget shopper - everyone who is vertically challenged should have one to reach those spots that are just out of arms reach.

Adds just the right height to reach a/c vents, a/c filter, top of kitchen cabinets, window blinds etc. Also makes a great garden seat when I am working with my potted plants. It is very sturdy when you get the top all the way down and I feel safe on it.

This was indeed one of my best purchases! This step ladder is so handy anywhere and everywhere in the house. No longer I am dragging the kitchen chair to clean an area I cannot reach.
