I do not understand the "processing charge" with free shipping --- free shipping means "free".-- How else can U fill a mail order other than process it? There should be NO charge for that!

I went ahead and signed up for the buyers club because it was on sale. I don't understand why there was a shipping charge on a club that offers free shipping ! I hope that isn't the case with every order.

Bed slat exterders

Wonderful item. They keep the box springs so flat, there isn't any dust on the rails of the bed. Highly reccomend. No more wooden slats falling from under the box springs. Wonderful!!!

Very good value. I see the catalog has slimmed down in type/items though, not as many products as once upon a time they had... for that reviewer who was disappointed because he didn't get his "free gift", note that they have a check box that must be checked (ie, you have qualifed for a free gift, do you want it?). That's why. I have received a free gift everytime (granted it has so far been the SAME free gift, hope they change it up some!). All in all, I like free shipping, and I'm just a little disappointed in the selection - not as much as I remember them having.

Not worth the money

When I bought this reward card...it says I will get free shipping and a free gift with every order. Received a free gift with my first order, DID NOT receive a free gift with my second order. So basically, I've been HAD....

WD Buyers Club Membership

It's a good program if you buy alot. But small orders are when you can use the coupons which I didn't understand. [...]you save nothing. Won't order again.
