        I rub in the Watkins Linament on my back at nite before bed time. It relieves my back and sciatic nerve pain and I can fall asleep easily. When using this Watkins Linament, I can cut way back on my prescribed pain medicine.

          I like using this linament at night on my back. I can apply some and the pain is gone, so I can go to sleep and not have to take a pill. I will buy it again. I also put some on in the morning after my shower - it smells pleasant.
