Comments about Dual Pastry Shaper:
Very handy little tool. Love the two sizes for large and small tarts for entertainment and pot luck dinners. I even uses this for shaping pie crust for baking. Helps eliminate extra holes in the crust from finger nails.

Excellent baking tool

About Me Casual Cook
Perfect tool to press homemade cheesecake crust into pan, specially the mini-dessert pan, for which I used the bottom of a liquid medicine measuring cup. The large end is perfect for regular-sized cheesecake pans.
Love it

I had to dip it into either flour, cocoa, or something compatible to the recipe I used as it sticks to the dough and pulls it out
Bought mine months ago and have not used

I did not get any info as to any suggestion of what recipes that are available for a buyer to use. After reading the reviews I came up with one. That is a sugar cookie recipe. The buyer should check before purchasing if there is any info that will make our customers happy with the products we sell. Remember outstanding customer service will bring any company return customers.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!!

Used this for forming my tart shells for my special lemon and pecan tarts. It was a breeze--just make sure you dip the end of the pastry shaper into flour occasionally so that it won't stick to the dough. I use a cream cheese, butter and flour dough which can get kind of sticky as it warms up, making the flour necessary. I knocked out 72 of the tart shells in a matter of minutes. This tool is wonderful. I look forward to using it for other applications such as ground beef shells, etc.
Does the job

This makes it so easy to do the desserts in small bowls, etc., since I can only use one hand for pressing things down. My husband likes to use it too when making the "mini" desserts.

Handy Item For Several Treats

Not only can you make pastery bitesize treats and sweet goodies. The larger end is great for mini chicken or beef pot pies, so easy to make and kids love them as well as adults.

Dual Pastry Shaper

About Me Gourmet Chef
I came up with a quick recipe for dessert snacks years ago. You take sugar cookie dough and slice it thin and press it into mini muffin tins. Bake and let cool and then fill with favorate fillings i.e. cheese cake filling, cherry filling, etc. I was using a shot glass to help mold the pastry into the tins. But now this wonderful tool makes all go quicker with excellent results! Brilliant!

Will come in handy
By Ms. Lynnellen

I've got several recipes this will be used for; however, I have not made them since receiving the pastry shaper. It will get a workout close to Christmas. I have arthritic hands & it will make it much easier to press dough balls in the muffin tins vs. using my fingers.
