Extend A Vixor
from Topeka, KS
Comments about Extend A Visor™ - 2 Pack:
We put the Extend A Visor on both visors of a new car that had fairly small visors. My husband removed the plastic strips holding the visors in place and replaced them with Zip-Ties. This helped considerably. The use of the Extend A Visor could help prevent accidents when driving in the early mornings or late afternoons. They are very handy!

Does the job of blocking the sun out.

Does the job of blocking out the sun. You can't yank hard on it. Go gently it will last a long time. People that ride in our vehicle ask where we got ours and we tell them. We also ordered a set for one of our friends for Christmas. She remarked about ours every time she rode with us, too.
Bottom LineYes, I would recommend this to a friend

A very useful product.

About Me Traveler
Am very happy with the Extend A Visor. I had one many years ago and don't know what happened to it. My husband and I do a lot of traveling, and the sun hitting you in the face going east or west, is very hard to drive against. This visor works well.
not easy to fix and it is flimsy
Bottom LineNo, I would not recommend this to a friend

this item is good in regards to the sun visor but not good for the extender ... when in use blocks the rear view mirror.

About Me Casual Driver, In car A LOT
The white plastic strips are very cheap-looking and appear to be a pain to install. I ordered these due to the fact I could find absolutely nothing else out there, but after receiving them weeks ago, we haven't taken the time & effort to figure out how to install them, and I'm not sure I want them in my car. Still thinking about figuring out how to return unless I have to pay shipping & it would probably cost enough in money and time it would not benefit me to do that, so they'll just sit in the garage.
Not good enough!

Used to deflect setting sun. It's somewhat helpful but driver's side has mirror reflection that is too distracting. More practical on passenger's visor.

If the Pull Down Shield is not carefully pushed back into it's storage position, it will slide out.

The thought of the product is great, but the ties don't work well and it sort of dangled down off the visor as I could not get it to stay tight enough. Plus this product is not good for 100 degrees plus in a parked car or it will warp. Well most parked cars in the summer go over that temperature, soooo.... I am not using this product. The gray visor that you pull down makes every thing blurry. Poor choice.
