A handy little chopper. Saves time, no need to drag out larger food processor. Great for a single person who enjoys cooking. Clean up is easy too.

About Me Casual Cook
The mini chopper doesn't have all of the function and do-dads that my other chopper has. I wanted something smaller that would quickly chop up onions, and nuts without all the fuss and muss. It does have its limits though and will let you know when it has reached its "mini" limits. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
Exactly What I Have Been Looking For!
I like to sautee onions, garlic, bell peppers, cilantro to add to my stews, beans, chicken and rice, etc. (we call that "sofrito") and although some people make it in big batches to keep in the refrigerator to use as needed, I like doing mine on a per-meal basis. I like it fresh every time. So this little appliance is just perfect for my needs. And, it's very compact that it doesn't require lots of space even if you want to keep it on your countertop. It is so cute!

I will definitely buy another one.

I really like the chopper. I had been using the type of chopper that you had to push down with your hand. I have sme issues with my hands and the pushing down of the chopper was beginning to make my hands hurt more. However, the electric chopper I ordered is just wonderful. Only wish I had known about this much earlier.
