About Me Avid Cook
i'm a professional cook, and this saves us money on having to toss out browned lettuce or cukes. it is also legal for my boss's daughter to use at age 12 while i'm teaching her in our kitchen. she LOVES being able to help and learn, and this helps her to learn knife skills until she's of legal age to use real knives.

Had my doubts as made of plastic. So far, used once, so good.

I love the size of this knife, I've replaced the small one I had.
Great for cutting BROWNIES very neatly!
This knife cuts brownies without making a mess of them like regular knives do. I've used it for many years and bought some for relatives, too. I prefer this straight edge vs. others with a curved cutting edge. Works great!
This is a great tool!

This does keep lettuce from turning brown when you are making a salad that will be kept for several days such as a layered salad.
Best there is!!

I lost mine and was really having a problem. I loved it so much that I couldn't live without this knife. My lettuce lasts alot longer when I use this perfect knife.

The idea is great, but in reality, the knife really doesn't prevent brown spots.
