          I have tried eveything and get no sound at all. I tried all the batteries and none of them worked. It may have dead batteries or the product isn,t worth
          a dime. Would like any suggestions as why it does;nt
          seem to work. It relation to your service it was very good and have no problem with it. I hope you can come up some answer to why it isn;t working, since i was looking forward to it.bob arnold
