I'm amending my previous rating to a 4 stars, because the string wore through after 2 months of constant use. However, I replaced the provided cord with some narrow nylon rope (it was called camping rope on the package) and it was as good as new. It's still a good buy for the money, even after replacing the cord for less than $2.00.

About a month ago, I bought this product to use at our cabin in the woods, since we have no room for large exercise equipment. It's lightweight but sturdy, easily stored. The rubber knobs hold the metal away from the wood to avoid scratching the door. I liked it so much, I purchased a 2nd for my main residence. To add resistance, I started using 1 lb wrist weights in conjunction with the pulley. I'm very satisfied with the pulley, especially for the price.
