Hi-Lo brings hanging plants to you for easy watering! No more ladders or straining to nurture tender shoots and feed budding beauties. Hi Lo hanging basket hooks lower your hanging basket planter to 2 1/2 feet, so you can easily water or weed. Stainless steel mechanism in 7" x 2 1/2" x 1" plastic case. Easily refill birdfeeders and oil lanterns! Hi Lo lets you adjust and lock into place items that weigh up to 13 lbs. or simply hang items up to 33 lbs. Extends up to 29". For your safety before use, always attach the Hi Lo to a properly mounted ceiling hook or other mounting hardware capable of supporting a minimum of 22 lbs.

            What a waste of money. Doesn't hold the weight of the hanging basket. Only gave it 1 star because it is such a good idea, but it's a pity it doesn't do what it says. So disappointed...
