I bought this as a gift for a friend who is unable to speak without a throat device. My friend cannot project a loud voice. I thought the megaphone might help my friend in case of an emergency or when she needed to make herself heard. The siren on the megaphone may be particularly helpful.

My husband is quite hard of hearing even with hisaids. I was hoping this would help. It reallydoesn't, but the siren gets his attention andwe have fun with it.

didn't like, unable to use like I needed

was unable to use this product in a skit the way I needed to. It was too bulky, believe it or not. I have returned product for refund.
