My mom and I go shopping all the time. I would put my purse on the console only to have it dump out in the back seat. Mom would put it in the floor but that leaves very little leg room. This gadget takes care of that!! Hook it to the head rest and hand your purse on it. Simple as that!! You could also hand bags of groceries on it, snacks for a trip, there's just no end to the things you can do with it..

I bought this mainly to hang grocery bags from because I hate having everything rolling around in the backseat or on the floor. This solved that. The bags stay nicely packed. Also a handy place for my purse and the dog's leash.

At this price, I figured I had nothing to lose by trying them, but they are as strong as they look.

I already have one of these vehicle hangers and I've made great use of it! I purchased a second one since I shop a lot and wanted more hooks to add my shopping bags to! I like to hang my bags because I don't want my purchases rolling around in the car while I'm driving. This product is great for hanging anything!

I would have a hard time reaching in the back seat for my purse with someone sitting up front with me. Just hang this on the back of the head rest and the purse is with in reach instead of hitting the person with you purse trying to retreive it. I was thinking of buying this for Christmas for every woman on my list. It is a great invention.

These are wonderful on my power wheelchair. I use 2 at a time, 1 on each post of the headrest. However, have to replace them more often than I like as plastic more brittle than expected -- hang them so hooks backwards, open side against chair to keep them from catching on stuff. Can hang 4 canvas shopping bags on them, increasing my independence.

I bought these to create a place to store the dvd headphones. my girls were throwing them on the floor & stepping on them. now they can reach them right from their seats, it's great! also going to use them on our month long road trip to hang a small bag which will hold books, toys, crayons, etc... many uses!

This is very useful. I always fight with my purse from flying off the seat when stopping. This eliminates that by holding it on the front seat.
