Comments about Garden Black Cat:
Since cats are supposed to be either sitting or standing in order to effectively "guard" the garden, it makes no sense not to have some method of securing it to the ground etc...
Bottom LineNo, I would not recommend this to a friend

About Me Budget Shopper
My "pet pain in the tail" squirel took one look at these lovely cats and laughed its tail off; proceed to dig away at my containers. Bottom line they don't work, at least not on hardened city squirels.
Gets lots of attention!

I had bought some metal flowers to stick in the ground in front of a bare spot in my front yard. I attached this Kitty using a long twistie tie to one of the stems and it worked purrfectly to hold the cat. I love this!!!
Bottom LineYes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought one and liked it so much I bought two more.Yes it doesn't come with stakes so I had a friend secure it to a short wooden stake and painted it black. Works well that way..
I did not get steaks to hold it down

We bought it because a long ago friend had one. Other catalogs featured it for a much higher price. The low price and a free shipping offer sealed the deal. We're looking forward to setting it out in the flower bed this summer.
Fun and Interesting
