There were two outstanding errors; I got these for a friend; She chose the Initial B for her first name Bernice; but you sent the labels with an R for her Last name of Robichaud; and her apartment unit number is D 3 and she only got D. She is easy going and accepted it but I was embarassed that there were 2 errors and angry when calling Customer Service left me on hold for nearly 20 minutes.

This was the first time an order was messed up so badly. and your Customer service was unavailable via phone thanks to being on hold. This is unacceptable. Please don't let it happen again.
