This is the best back wrap I have ever found. You can use it hot or cold. It actually fits your waist. I use mine hot and I wrap it around my waist when I go to bed and the pain eases up pretty quick and I can go to sleep. It' wonderful.

It is finally time that someone invent a heat/cool pad for those of us with lower back pain. Nothing previous did the job like this back support wrap. It is easy to use, just heat and wrap...with hours of comfort and soothing relief.
