I put the perch together 1-2-3. It attaches to the windowsill by a brace which is adjustable and
two prongs. My kitten is beyond happy. She is having a grand old time sunning herself. She's like the Queen of Sheba. I would highly recommend this product and intend to order more.

It is fairly easy to assemble, however it is constructed poorly. It does not properly adhere to window, and when my cat is on it, it tilts way too much, and my cat hates being on unsturdy surfaces. Please don't buy this. It's a great idea, but needs to go back to the drawing board.

I have two cats--neither of which is large. I bought both sizes of shelves. Both tend to tilt, but the larger shelf with two supports is more stable. I had to drill one more hole to get a better fit with the support brackets on both shelves. The smaller shelf did take the paint off my wall with the up/down motion when the cat jumped on and off. I bought a removable 3M hook and put it under the support to stop the downward tilt. Seems to be working. All were easy fixes. Cats love them, so I'm happy.

I have always had a kitty window perch whenever I have a cat! They love to sit on it and watch the birds! The cover is very soft and I like the fact it can be washed.

Have not had long enough for truly accurate recommendation. Cats only use occasionally. Shelf wants to "give" a little when cat gets on it.

I wish the legs came longer. Because they are too short, the perch is never level but tilts downward. My cats (one at a time) like to sit on this shelf and use it to jump to a higher shelf of the wall.We've had it about six months and the legs broke at the bend in the construction. If they would make the legs longer and at the right angle, I would recommend this product to everyone. It is the best price on the market.

This is the cheapest price I found online for a window perch for my cats. For the price, its not so bad. My only qualm is that it leans downward but that is easily remedied by placing bumpers on the stilts so it stands out farther and straightens itself. Im glad I purchased this item, my cats love it. I am considering purchasing another since I have two cats and they both enjoy it so much.

We mounted the shelf in a window and the cat loves to sit and look out as well as sleep in the afternoon sun. Highly recommend it to anyone.

We use this product for our 2 cats who love to sleep on it and view the birds outside. It was very easy to put together - but could have been made with more durable materials, such as the base could have been a little heavier duty (plywood etc.) Other than that - it is a quality product and we are very pleased with them. (as well as the cats). The price I felt was very affordable as well.

We bought this to replace a previous model. This new one is much sturdier, and our two cats use it at the window near the birdfeeder to watch the birds and squirrels. Great entertainment for them, and gives them a place to sit, saving our furniture. Highly recommend it. Would suggest using a lucite wall protector if you have wallpaper to keep braces from scratching the paper.

Very flimsy construction. I would have liked a more sturdy shelf. My cat loves it though. The fleece cover is very soft and thick.

This product would be great if it could be assembled. However, the holes are too big for the srews so you can't put it together. Plus, if you have walls made of concrete, and your window framing is not wood, you can't attach it. Hence, it's useless.

East to assemble and very attractive. Cover was cat-friendly, too. Too-Thin base-board. Cannot be made flush on window sill, so even slightly large cat's weight made it tilt downward.

Product was VERY easy to assemble and my cat LOVES it! I really needed it to make it easier for my cat to go out her new window pet door. But she is only 6.5 pounds, and it's fallen twice. 1st time was while I was gone, so I don't know how it happened but obviously it was while the cat was on or near it. 2nd time, my daughter was trying to get the cat off of it, so it's possible she bumped it which made it fall. But I really think it needs to actually attach to either the window sill or the wall - not just be propped there.

My cat loves this window seat. She knew it was for her even as we assembled it. I am ordering another for another room. In the summer my cat sits on the window sill with the screen closed and loves the view of the front of the house and the summer breeze. But now that winter is approaching, she will not be able to sit there and I do not want her on the kitchen table. Plus it looks really cute when we come home from school/work and have her greet us in the front window. If you are thining about it..just do it!! Your cat will thank you.
