I've been cooking for over 40 years and have used many different types of cookware. I prefer this inexpensive pan to all the other non stick cookware I have used. I use it every day. You really do not need to use any oils and nothing will stick. It is so easy to clean, it almost cleans itself because nothing sticks in the pan, so you just need a little soap and water to clean it. Don't believe the negative review! Maybe that person was reviewing a different pan than this one by mistake, because this one is fabulous. You won't be sorry you purchased it. But do remember to use rubber or silicone spatulas to portion and serve directly from your pan. If you use a metal knife, or utensils you will ruin the finish; and things will stick to it then.

I followed the instructions, seasoned the pan before using. Everything glued itself to the pan during cooking. The only thing that didn't stick was the cooking oil. I had to soak and wash for a week to clean the eggs from the pan. I'll try one more time before I throw the pan in the trash.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK!
