THE BIRDS, BEES, & BUTTERFLIES LOVE IT!

Just HAD to write this second review on the 4-arm yard pole! It is holding up very well these past two weeks. We did not push the stake into the ground - we dug a hole, then packed the soil over the pole's base. We have one bird feeder on each arm - a small plastic lantern-style birdseed feeder, a small plastic strawberry-style hummingbird feeder, and two very small tube hummingbird feeders. The finches and sparrows love to perch on the lantern feeder and on top of the 4 arms of the pole, the Ruby-throat and Anna's hummingbirds love the strawberry and tube feeders, the bees (we like to encourage them) use the hummingbird tube feeders and the birds and the bees all take turns and get along. We've also seen a couple Swallowtail butterflies attracted to the sweet nectar feeders. The pole is a well-painted, shiny black and we rub insect spray above the base of the pole once a week to keep ants and insects from getting to the feeders. We like the birds, bees and butterflies but not the ants and the creepy crawlers! If you've hesitated to invest in this yard pole, take it from us and give it a try! It stands tall but is in easy reach for tending to the feeders every day.

My mother and I had some trouble attaching the poles together. However, we were in the house at night and should have been outside where there was more room. I had purchased one before from your company and it lasted a very long time. My Mom loves to watch the birds eating and it's perfect.

I would recommend reinforcing the bottom of the pole. It bent when my husband installed it. Other wise it is a very nice product.
