The first time I bought and used the medium frying pan, it worked well and didn't stick. I bought two more, a small and the larger, plus I bought two mediums for gifts. Bad mistake, it soon started to stick to anything unless it is on very low heat and lots of oil. Cooking floured meat or potatoes or heating up pasta is out. Still looking for a frying skillet that doesn't stick. I hope my friends have forgiven me for the gifts.

maybe cooking aumlets and stir fry are ok. try making cheeseburgers, frying sausages or pork chops. I've soaked then scrub to get clean. then reseason again and again after each use. everything still sticks and needs scrubbing.

I have a variety of these pans. At first, I thought they were great. I seasoned them with oil in the oven at 300 degrees for 30 minutes like it said. They were great for a while. Then, food started sticking. It says you had to re-season them if you had this problem. Well, I find now that I season them at least monthly, and I find it's better if you cook at low temperatures. The moral of the story - buy better pans!

So easy, any kind of utensil,wipes clean

I use this pan every day sometimes twice a day. It does scratch on the bottom/outside, but you can use any kind of utensil, even metal, on the inside and it doesn't scratch. It works great for omelets, pancakes, crepes, grilling, stir fry and anything you would use a frying pan for. I have the 10 inch and 7 inch pans, love them both.

A great pan, but you MUST use proper utensils or it will scratch easily.Only use teflon-coated spatulas, spoons, etc. DO NOT use stainless steel utensils - OBVIOUSLY. It's a really good pan if you take care to read the directions and follow them.I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone, and all you have to do is handle with care.More importantly, DO NOT cook on high heat.Medium or low only.

The first time you use it your food will not stick but any time after that the pan will go right to the garbage! Starts to stick and even becomes so difficult to clean that you have to let this pan soak! DO NOT BUY!!!

Unfortunately I didn't send these pans back after the first time I used them. No matter what I do, the food sticks and are very difficult to clean. As for the extra cost coating I had done for the bottom of the pan, a big waste of money. Would never buy again.
