Wouldn't be without it

About Me Midrange Shopper
Comments about Dual Suction Bathtub Grab Bar:
I have three of these grab bars - one small one, and two large ones. The short one is on the outside of our shower stall, holds a facecloth, and is handy for support getting off the toilet, as I am physically handicapped, need support to stand up from a sitting position. The one long one is inside the shower stall, and a support while washing my hair, etc., with my eyes closed. The third one lives in our suitcase, and travels everywhere with us. Comes in SO handy in hotels, motels, etc. where there are no provisions for the handicapped. "Don't leave home without it"!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me Budget Shopper
I use it to help me bend when I take a shower

This is my second purchase of this product, the first being a much larger size. We have a shower stall that didn't have any extras. This was for towels. I can fit two bath towels on the bar and it has never fallen. This last purchase was for a small handle bar. I have problems with my balance especially when I close my eyes. Having the bar to hold onto while shampooing has given me the stability I need.

To really have a good grip, one should put water on the grips before attaching to a smooth surface

They don't live up to description. The wouldn't stick to wall which made them useless. I returned them.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
suction grip assist
from richland, wa
unfortunately, i did not read the descriptiong carefully. my shower walls are not smooth, so the gripper would not stay up. then i read it was not to be used to pull on to assist in getting up. wrong answer. would not have been appropriate for my use. will get two more safety bars which can be permanently mounted to the wall with screws. otherwise, it's an awesome thing for getting in and out of a tub.

This product is a great value and works great in the shower for that extra handle. Very durable and sturdy and easy to remove if necessary.
Never worked for me, one end won't stick
from Phoenix, AZ
Have had for a few months but one end just won't stay in place, almost fell because it moves when I try to use it.
We use this assistant bar on the tub.
We put this in the guest tub & it is perfect for me to use since, I like a bath & my husband uses the larger assistant bar in the master shower.
Handy and Safe!

These are so great when an extra handle is needed. Just wet the suction cups, position where needed on dry tub or shower & flip the tabs down to secure. Easily moved where they are needed. I have 3 in my walk-in shower, one on each wall. The feeling of safety in a slippery situation is very reassuring!
