Comments about Paring Knife with Sheath:
I USE THIS LITTLE GEM OF A KNIFE TO SLICE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN BETTER THAN I EVER HAVE BEFORE; IT IS VERY SHARP AND EASY TO USE THOUGH A TAD SHORT BUT IT IS DESCRIBED AS A PARING KNIFE. I CUT VEGGIES EASILY ALSO.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I am doing what I fondly call get out bags for my grandchildren. I am doing little bags of what they may need to stock thier first apartments when they become of age. This knife was the perfect starting knife for them.

About Me Avid Cook
I got this knife for my wife to use at the kitchen for the poor that she volenteers at. She is known as"the salad lady" she was so pleased with it that I ordered 3 more, so that she can share them with other volenteers. It is a wonderful knife & the price is right.

Love these knives; I hide them in the back of the drawer - as they tend to disappear, otherwise. I do keep an extra in the tackle box, and (hidden) in my Hobby Room, too. My favorite use is to go outside and use the knife on a fresh, crisp apple.
