Bottom side of pad had a 2 inch slit when I unpacked it.....
from Columbia SC
Although the pad was damaged, I kept it and repaired the tear with gorrilla tape. After several washings it appears to be holding. Because of this problem I might not make any future purchases from Drake------since this was my initial purchase.

The Flaps Make These Indespensible
from Grand Junction, CO
I bought similar ones previously for the twin bed and wanted more in my stockpile so I didn't have to wash clothes every 4 days.I did not read the dimensions so I was surprised when they arrived so big. They work on a double bed! Good news is that these will be great for when we travel as they are never twin beds.I have used them on the twin bed with more tucking under. What worked well is that wetness will be stopped from getting down the side of the mattress, which did happen a couple times. So they are great!

I find this padding to be far more economical than the over sized pads I purchase for the bed. And my Mother finds this far more comfortable. She can move around without "bunching up" the padding because it's tucked on under on each side of the bed.
