Comments about Sun Visor Extender:
I tried using it when sun was low. It was useless because there was so much distortion through the plastic that I got carsick instantly, could not read road signs until too close, had lots of glare, and I still found the sun too bright. It would not flip up easily but stuck out toward my face. I'd return it but the return shipping would probably not be worth it. At least it wasn't too expensive. Please improve the visibility. The one thing I think you should keep: The straps are easy to attach.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

works great when modified

I did not like looking through the plastic as the imperfections in the plastic made me start getting motion sick. But I stuck a piece of dark index card stock with double stick tape over most of the plastic and that blocks the sun - I am a little short so the visor extender now truly extends the visor. I like the elastic straps and they keep the visor extender in place and the whole thing folds up great when the visor is put up.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I tried another kind that clipped on, But, it kept coming off the visor. This one is attached to the visor with two elastic bands, so it stays put. The plastic see- through sun material is also better than the clip one, because the plastic color is lighter and is more transparent. Well done!

Good but not perfect
from Ocala Fl
Coming from Ocala Fl. driving west at around 5pm I am very often almost blinded. With this attachment I can see where I am going. The plastic is a bit flimsy and distorts a tiny little bit but is 100% better than driving blinded. Bought another one for my granddaughter. Can't expect perfect for the price paid. I would not be without it anymore

not worth even 10 pennies
from SFV, CA
I bought one and wished so much that it would work, the vision is fuzzy, distorted, etc. Take it off the market - totally useless!
not what I thought it would be

Could not see well while driving with it attached as described in instructions
Good Idea but distorted
Great idea, good color. HOWEVER, all four that I bought were so distorted I felt it was actually dangerous to drive using them. They are adequate for a passenger, providing they don't need to see clearly.
Not "optically clear". A disappointment

About Me Mom-taxi
Passed up this product and similar many times because I was not convinced it would work the way it was described and am disappointed to have been correct in my apprehension. Product is not optically clear as described, but blurry and everything viewed through visor extender is distorted, which makes for dangerous driving conditions even if it is above the average sight-line. The opening where elastic bands slip on is wide allowing it to easily slip off bands. Although this does make for easy removal since it also does not flip conveniently out of way when not in use. Not able to use this product at all other than as a hard surface to place paper on when I need to write in the car. I will try the visor extender with CLIPS rather than straps on next order.
