How do you get this to stick on tile?
Best Answer: This may possibly help but no promise. Clean the tile where your going to attach it rinse and dry it. then wipe it real well with regular rubbing alcohol it should dry right away see if that works. If not try putting a little alcohol or Windex on the suction cup and stick it to the tile and give it a little while before you add any weight to it. These steps usually work for me. Good luck.
It works like other suction cups; push the holder prong until it release then press the cup in the position you want it, make sure the tile is a little damp or dampen the cup itself, and once you have it in position push the holder prong in the opposite direction until it stops. This should hold the cup. Make sure you don't position the cup over a crack or it won't work.
Just moisten lightly, make sure green handle is forward push base against wall or tile hold firm then push green handle back. Should stick fine one does. From time to time check to make sure green handle stays pushed back as it will come forward alittle sometimes. It may take two or three try's to get it right. Hope this helps.
Hi Nelda, after a couple of tries, I discovered that if you place the cup on the tile and position it so the green lever is vertical and facing the floor of the tub, it STAYS PUT! If you don't have the green lever in a vertical position and below where the shower head connects, it eventually always falls off the wall.
It works just like the portable handles you can buy for bathtubs. There is a small lever on it that puts suction on the back of the unit to the tiles. It is handy for the bath aide who helps my 91-year-old mother with a shower. She can leave the shower head handy if she needs to do something else for a short time.
I Have two of these, one in the house and one in the motorhome. Both different surfaces and have no problem sticking to the wall. I just wet my finger a little rub the section part and push the lever down. I like it as husband is handicap and sit on shower chair and this way he can reach the sprayer hose.
It works great. Since I'm 5' tall and the regular shower head is 6' high I can adjust it down to where I don't get my hair wet every time I take a shower. Now the spray doesn't hit me in the face anymore. GREAT IDEA.
I am considering this item to aid me in washing my small (30 pd) pet in the bathtub. Would you recommend this item for this purpose?

Do I need to use screws to hold it in place or is the suction enough?
Help, handicapped
Best Answer: No you do not need screws. At first when I put the cup up , it fell off after about 2 weeks. I turned the cup around where the green locking tab was pointing downward and have had no problems since. I highly recommend this product. I really like the fact that it can be moved to anywhere on the shower or tub.
the suction works well. I put a little water on the suction part ... I think it helps it hold better. Sometimes the shower head falls out of the holder .. make sure it is put in tight. that is not the fault of the suction.
Thank you for your question. The shower head is attached by suction cup and additional hardware is not needed to keep it in place. We hope this information will be of help to you.
Thank You,

As long as you have a clean smooth wall, the suction holds very well. Screws are not needed.
