About Me Avid Cook
This is such a great buy! We need new sharp knives in our church kitchen, so I thought these would be great!!! I love them so much that I've decided to buy more for the church and keep one for myself! I like that they come with covers!
This knife is very sharp and very safe at the same time. I can feel comfortable that I'm not gonna cut myself when going into my knife drawer. The only Knives I buy are ones with a sheath. This knife however is small enough to fit into my hand and I have more control over it...
Not as sharp as it looks

Like to cook and cut up veggies and fruit.
Very Sharp - But protected
Great Sharp knife! the only thing I had a problem with was the protective plastic wrap on the outside of the entire knife & sleeve. I needed another knife to cut it off. But once I got it off and used it, it was wonderful and sharp. I like to cut up my chicken in small pieces before frying them up in the pan and this knife did the trick! Thank you WalterDrake!

Wanted a new Paring Knife to cut up apples & carrots, but found this very slippery to hold if hands were wet. And disappointed that it was not sharp enough to do a good & safe job. Back to my old wooden one I've had for years.
