Out of reach
from South Texas
This item is a waste of money. Too flimsy to do anything. There is no way person could get a can of tomatoes off a top shelf, as pictured, unless you are using it to knock it down. Also, the width of the claw doesn't even encompass an empty pop can! Save your money, use a stick to knock things off the shelf.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Just not worth buying.
As I age I find it more difficult to reach up and down. I use it constantly for picking up dropped items of many kinds.. It is also useful for reaching things from above as my cabinets are very high.

I used this product twice and it broke. It is flimsy and not very well made.

good grabber, better animal irritator

this tool is perfect for getting stuff in tough spots like under the stairs, behind the headboard, the back of the cupboard, off the top shelf, and even under the car seat.Wish I had found this earlier, would have saved my shoulder from a rotator cuff injury from reaching too hard for stuff.

Get a grip

from Owosso Mi
get a better grip by adding surgical tubing to the prongs used to pick up and you can pick up a dime---surgical tubing can be purchased at a medical surgical shop.
