- Our deluxe folding carryall cart saves your back from heavy loads. This folding cart with wheels is composed of blue, heavy gauge canvas on a steel frame. Our folding rolling cart also has a protective rain flap and easy rolling rubber wheels. 14 1/2" W x 2" D x 16 1/2" H when folded, including handle. 16 1/2" W x 10 1/2" D x 34 1/2" H when unfolded, including handle and wheels. Folding cart bag alone is 14 3/4" W x 7 1/2" D x 21 1/2" H. Frame holds up to 40 lbs.
