I would buy this product again
The light is very bright and the radio seems to be working fine. I haven't charged my phone on it yet so I'm not sure about that.

We plan to keep them on hand for power outages, but also use the radio function on a regular basis. Easy to change the radio station and keep it via the button vs a dial. We ordered more to use for gifts.

I live in tornado alley and the lights go out quite often. I keep the flash light in my night stand so if is easy to grab.

This is a handy thing to have in case of power outages or to bring along on camping trips. It takes a lot of cranking to generate power though. I like that it takes batteries. Very convienient that this is able to charge phones. I like the radio but I wish it would let you see the station numbers. All in all, a good product to have.

I won't buy this product again.
I bought this product as a back-up when the power goes out. The radio and light are fine, but I wouldn't be able to charge my cellphone.

charging any cellphone? i have a motorola g4.will that plug work?
catlady on Jun 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. This will charge any cell phone that uses a USB cable. We hope this information will be of help to you.

Thank You,
Walter Drake
How do you crank it to charge?
A shopper on May 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The black crank on the side folds out and you spin it. It only works for the flashlight part. Not enough power to charge a phone or play the radio without batteries.
Does it work on Apple iPhones?
A shopper on Feb 9, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It is standard USB, probably 2.0. If Apple iPhones charge on standard USB2.0 then yes. I don't have any apple devices to verify that.
how do you put the batteries in?
A shopper on Dec 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. The battery compartment is on the bottom and can be opened by holding onto the flashlight/radio in one hand and pulling down on the compartment cover. We hope this information will be of help to you.

Thank You,
Walter Drake
