Comments about Mesh Sink Strainer:
This product is a life saver. My plumbing is suspect. A 1950 home. You can imagine. After using plumbers. The best was the purchase of these. I will use these until I move or the owners revamp the plumbing.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Item received did not have the full stainless flange as the one displayed. It was primarily all mesh screen with a very thin edge of stainless.
I would recommend this strainer

Glad I purchased

Catches 'stuff' that doesn't belong in the drain. Plumber told me of items that we shouldn't put in garbage disposal such as rice, potato peelings, pasta, just to name a few. Catches all this 'stuff'.

great little strainers
These little strainers work very well in the sink and are also attractive. I run them through the dishwasher frequently to keep them very clean. They are a nice fine mesh that catches small particles.

Rustproof, effective, no sharp edges

This strainer reliably catches food particles that would otherwise clog the drain. To clean it, I just lay a paper towel on a flat surface, turn the strainer upside down, and "whack" it on the towel.
